Workspaces Overview

Workspaces are organizational containers for your agents, team members, and settings. Use workspaces to separate projects, clients, or departments.

What are Workspaces?

A workspace is a self-contained environment with its own:

  • Agents — AI assistants you create
  • Team members — People with access to the workspace
  • Settings — Configuration and preferences
  • Credentials — API keys and service connections
  • Billing — Subscription and usage tracking

Tip

Start with a single workspace and create additional ones as your needs grow. You can always reorganize later.

Creating Workspaces

A new workspace is created for you automatically when you join with a new account. Team members you invite to the workspace will be automatically joined to your workspace. If you're invited to multiple workspaces then you can switch between them using 'Switch Workspace' from the Profile dropdown.

Billing is organized at a workspace level. Different plan tiers provide increases in limits and usage - See the Pricing page for more detailed plan limits and pricing information. All plans are subscription plans, which can be amended at any time. Upgrades happen instantly and downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. We use Stripe for all payments processing and USD as our default currency.

Switching Workspaces

To switch between workspaces, click the workspace name in the top navigation. You'll see a dropdown of all workspaces you have access to.

Your most recently accessed workspace is remembered and loaded automatically when you sign in.
